The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hbazzi will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
hbazzi may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, or residential address of any account holder. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of the account or restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
All hbazzi accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all calculated and displayed in taka. hbazzi does not support multi-currency accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbazzi login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hbazzi will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hbazzi support immediately via live chat. hbazzi will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include a temporary lock while an investigation is conducted.
You must not allow any other individual to access or use your hbazzi account on your behalf. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made via your account are considered to have been made by you personally.
hbazzi supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary by transaction type and region within Bangladesh. hbazzi does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated via the cashier section of your account. hbazzi reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hbazzi account within five minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
hbazzi does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. hbazzi is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. hbazzi may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where a bonus has been applied, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirement conditions as set out in Section 6.
hbazzi may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a hbazzi account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Each promotional offer is available to eligible accounts only. hbazzi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to decline bonus applications where eligibility criteria are not met. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to receive the same offer multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — constitutes bonus abuse. hbazzi reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanently close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
hbazzi may offer special promotions tied to local events and seasons, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the IPL, and T20 World Cup events. These promotions will carry their own specific terms and validity periods, which will be published on the platform at the time of the offer.
All bets placed on hbazzi are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules will take precedence for that product.
Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the user. hbazzi reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, hbazzi's standard settlement rules for that sport will apply. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bets are placed correctly before confirmation.
Live in-play betting odds change in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets, there may be a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation during which odds may change. If odds change materially before a bet is confirmed, hbazzi may offer the new odds to the user for acceptance or cancellation.

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. hbazzi will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses sustained during periods of downtime.
In no event shall hbazzi's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the value of funds deposited by that user into their hbazzi account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hbazzi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, hbazzi will return any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the hbazzi support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.
hbazzi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
